Ingredients

12 oz Spaghetti, spinach, dry
1 small Onions, raw
1 Med. Green Bell Pepper
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 jar, Ragu Chunky Garden Style pasta sauce
1 can diced tomatoes, partially drained
1 can Bush's, Black Beans, drained and rinsed
3 pkts. Splenda sugar substitute
2 teaspoons dried basil
3/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon fennel seed
1/4 tsp garlic powder
4 ounces part skim, shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions
Cook spaghetti per package instructions, drain and set aside. In large pan, cook onions and green pepper in olive oil until tender. Add black beans, pasta sauce, diced tomatoes,basil, oregano, fennel seed, Splenda and garlic powder. Simmer for 5-10 minutes to allow flavors to blend. Pour over pasta and place cheese on top.
