Introduction

Ingredients

    1 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
    1 cup Flour, white
    .5 cup Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain
    1.5 tsp Salt
    .5 tsp Paprika
    .25 tsp Pepper, black
    .25 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne
    .0125 cup Cornstarch
    0.25 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A

Directions

Cut chicken into pieces roughly wing-sized.

Preheat oven to 475°F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Whisk together flour, bread crumbs, salt, paprika and peppers in a bowl.

In a separate bowl, mix cornstarch into milk.

Dip chicken pieces one by one into milk mixture, then dry mix; back into milk mixture and back into dry mix then place onto the baking tray.

Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches at least 165°F.

Toss in any sauce of your choice (not included in nutritional info)
