    0.5 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
    2.0 tbsp Half and Half Cream
    10.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1.0 dash Pepper, black
    1.0 dash Salt
    1.0 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh
    1.0 clove Garlic
    1.0 serving Armour Brown and Serve Original Sausage (3 links)
    2.0 large Mushrooms, fresh


Brown sausage in pan. Slice or chop up. In a bowl, crack all of the eggs. Mix with salt, pepper, garlic and cream and whisk together until scrambled. Spray a 9 by 13 pan with cooking spray and add egg mixture. Top mixture with sausage pieces, broccoli florets, and cheddar cheese. Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 20 minutes checking after 15 minutes for doneness. Cut into 4 pieces and enjoy! You can change up the veggies and meat as well. Serving Size: 4 (1/4th of pan)
