    1/2 cup of old-fashioned rolled oats, soaked overnight in 1/2 cup organic, unsweetened plain soy milk, with a squirt of fresh lemon juice
    1 cup of organic, unsweetened plain soy milk
    1/2 cup of vanilla non-fat yogurt
    2/3 cup of frozen, sliced banana coins (1 medium banana)
    1 pkt granulated stevia
    1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
