Ingredients

4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
1.5 cup Lactaid 2% Milk
1 cup BROCCOLINI (by TTENACITY_75)
2 serving Sweet mini peppers (3)
1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
2 cup Spinach, fresh
1 serving Kroger Mild cheddar & monterey jack cheese shredded cheese blend 1/4 cup/serving (by JAMINJUDY)
2 serving Kirkland Signature Sliced Oven Roasted Turkey Breast (2 slices)
1.5 cup Heart Smart Bisquick (mix only)
3 tbsp Palm Shortening (by HILLERYH)

Add whatever veggies you have handy!
Directions
Chop veggies & turkey, set aside.
Combine bisquick with softened shortening & 2 tbsp boiling water. Mix vigorously until soft dough is formed.
Grease 9" pie pan and press dough into pan. Making sure it forms a thin, even layer, press in bottom and up side of pie pan.
Place chopped veggies & turkey in prepared crust.
In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, and desired spices. Pour mixture over veggies & turkey in crust.
Sprinkle cheese (if desired) across the top of the quiche.
Bake at 400 degrees for about 35-40 minutes, or until quiche is completely set and crust is browned. Let cool and enjoy!
