Ingredients

    *Lemon Juice, 1 lemon yields
    Garlic, 2 clove finely chopped
    Oregano, ground, 1 tsp.
    Basil, ground, 1 tsp.
    Feta Cheese, 1 oz, chopped fine
    Greek Olives, 5 pitted, chopped fine
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Red Wine Vinegar, 2 tbsp
    Water, 4 tbsp

Directions

Mix water, vinegar, and the juice of one large lemon in a small bowl. Add basil, oregano, chopped garlic, Feta, and olives and whip together. Add the olive oil and mix well. Serve on chilled salad.
