1 tbsp Shredded Coconut Unsweetened (Bob's Red Mill)

Tips
omit the almond for an under-50 calorie energy bite or replace with hazelnut for a different taste
Directions
take the almonds and poach them. peel.
Mix protein powder, coconut flour, flax, cottage cheese and stevia.
take an almond and put it in the center, put 1/6 of the dough around. repeat 5 times until you are done with the dough. freeze for 20 min. while freezing, mix glucomannan with greek yogurt,
mix erythritol and coconut. take the balls from the refrigerator. dip each in the yogurt using a toothpick, then cover with coco mix. put in paper mini muffin cases and keep refrigerated. consume after 2-3 hours at least
