Ingredients

    2 cup dry Oatmeal (plain)
    4 tbsp brown rice syrup, Lundberg Farms (by TURTLEGODDESS)
    4 tbsp almond butter, raw creamy unsalted (trader joes)
    4 tbsp Almonds - sliced
    3 tbsp Shredded Coconut Unsweetened (Bob's Red Mill)
    2 tsp Cinnamon, ground

Directions

Mix almond butter and rice syrup together. Add scant tsp water if it's too thick to stir. Combine the dry ingredients and fold into the almond butter mixture until incorporated. Spread on lined baking sheet in a preheated 300 degree oven for about 30 minutes. Turn pan and toss granola every 10 minutes until lightly brown

Serving Size: Makes 8 1/4 cup servings
