Ingredients

    1 cup Chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
    60 grams Vital wheat gluten
    4 serving Egg white, large
    2 tbsp Coconut Secret Raw Coconut Flour (by GFERBER)
    1 tbsp Cider Vinegar
    5 tsp Erythritol (trim healthy mama) (by KELLIEKLUMPP)
    1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    1 tsp Baking Soda

Tips

for savory omit erythritol and cinnamon and add onion powder, salt and pepper


Directions

Seperately mix dry and wet ingredients, except on chickpeas.
mash the chickpeas using a blender. Add in the wet ingredients. blend again.
Preheat oven at 180. Use a bowl to mix all together.
bake in a non-stick loaf pan for 20-25 min.

allow to cool on a wine rack completely and slice
