Ingredients

    1 lb. Mahi Mahi (Dolphin fish) fillets
    1 tsp. Mrs. Dash Lemon Pepper Seasoning
    2 Tbsp. lime or lemon Juice
    1 Tbsp. salted butter
    1/2 c. water

Directions

Sprinkle both sides of fillets with Mrs. Dash. Melt butter in skillet over medium heat. Add fillets and cook 1-2 minutes on each sides Add juice and water, cover, and cook about 5 minutes or until fish is no longer translucent and begins to flake. Remove fish from pan and cook remaining liquid to reduce by half. Pour resulting sauce over fish and serve.
