Ingredients

    2.5 cup Quacker Oats Old Fashion Oatmeal
    12.0 tbsp chopped walnuts
    0.5 cup, hulled Sunflower Seeds, without salt
    0.25 cup Cereals ready-to-eat, wheat germ, toasted, plain
    2.0 tbsp Sesame Seeds
    2.0 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)
    0.33 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    0.25 cup Honey
    0.25 tbsp Molasses
    1.0 tbsp Canola Oil
    0.75 tsp Vanilla Extract
    0.5 tsp Salt
    1.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    1.0 serving Sunsweet, Dried Cranberries, 1.5 oz
    1.0 serving Box of Rasins

Directions

Combine first 6 ingredients, set aside. Combine next 4 ingredients in a sauce pan, heat through (3-4 minutes) add next three ingredients, stir well. Por over oat mix and stir to coat. Por into 10x15' pan and back at 350 for 25-30 minutes. Stir every 10 minutes. Take out and cool. Add raisins and cranberries.
