Ingredients

    3.0 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
    1.85 cup Beans, black
    3.0 cup Swanson Chicken Fat Free Chicken Broth Less Sodium
    2.9 cup Great Value Diced Tomatoes (in Tomato juice)
    1.0 tbsp Olive Oil
    2.75 cup Rice - Minute instant brown rice
    3.0 tsp Chili powder
    2.0 tsp Cumin seed
    2.0 tsp Garlic powder
    3.0 tsp Onion powder

Directions

Cook everything except rice and bean in crock pot on low for 4 hours, remove chicken, add rice and beans cook on high for 30-45 mins. add shredded chicken back then serve.
