Ingredients

    6 cup Egg Noodles, unenriched
    2 can Tuna, Canned in Water, drained
    0.25 package (10 oz) Mixed Vegetables, frozen
    1.5 cup Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
    2 cup Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup
    15 tbsp Mayonnaise, Hellman's Light
    1 cup Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned
    4 tsp Margarine, soft

Directions

Boil noodles and frozen peas together in large pot. Drain. Stir in mushroom soup, mayo, and tuna. Fold in 1 cup of the shredded cheddar. Spoon into greased casserole (9" x 12") and level with a spoon. In separate bowl mix bread crumbs and remaining 1/2 cup grated cheddar. Stir in 2 Tbsp melted margarine. Sprinkle crumb mixture evenly over casserole and smooth gently with a spoon. Bake at 375 for 30-40 min, until crust is lightly browned. Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly until set. Serve with side salad.
