    300 grams Surimi
    150 gram maches rosettes organic girl (99g) (by ANEELADVANI)
    3 fruit (3-3/4" dia) Grapefruit, fresh, pink and red, California and Arizona
    2 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas)
    1 tsp Dijon mustard, originale, Maille (by LESTA670)
    3 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
    6 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1 grams Salt
    1 grams Pepper, black


Be sure to remove the pits from the grapefruit before sectioning, and squeeze to use all of the juice. Calories can be reduced by using less olive oil in the vinaigrette.


No cooking, this is a raw salad with exception of the surimi which is already cooked.
