Introduction

Ingredients

2 cup Potatoes, hashed brown, frozen, plain, unprepared
16 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk
.75 cup Heart Smart Bisquick (mix only)
2 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A
.25 tsp Pepper, black
16 oz Healthy Choice Low Fat Smoked Sausage
.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
5 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Directions
Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray baking dish (13x9x2 inches) with pam. Cook sausage and onion in 10 inch skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until sausage is no longer pink; drain. Stir together sausage mixture with potatoes (thawed) and cheese in baking dish. Stir Bisquick, milk, pepper, and eggs until blended. Pour into baking dish.
Bake uncovered 40 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cook 5 minutes.
(Green peppers may also be added.) If you wish to make a smaller amount, use a 9 inch pie plate and cut all ingredients in half and cook for 30 to 35 minutes.
