Ingredients

2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
1 medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 Apples, fresh with skin
1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
1 cup (1 serving) Kellogg's All-Bran Cereal
1 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)
0.5 cup Whole Wheat Flour
0.25 tsp Salt
1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
0.5 tsp Baking Soda
0.5 tsp Baking Powder
0.5 cup, packed Raisins
0.5 tsp Vanilla Extract
0.5 cup Milk, 1%
Directions
Pre heat oven to 350 F.
In a bowl, mash bananas, grate apple, add beaten egg vanilla amd milk.
In a separate bowl mix together the bran cereal, flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and raisins.
Add the wet ingredients to dry, mixing by hand until dry and wet just incorporated. Scoop into prepared muffin tin and bake for 20-25 minutes
