Introduction

Ingredients

    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1 cup Granulated Sugar
    1.5 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    3 tbsp Poppy seed
    2 tsp Lemon Extract (by AEROBICSAHOLIC)
    4 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil
    .5 cup, chopped Walnuts

Directions

This recipe is simple. Blend all ingredients in a mixing bowl, pour batter into a greased bunt pan, bake for 50 minutes at 350 degrees or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.

*Note* This is a darker than normal recipe.
