Ingredients

    1.0 serving La Tortilla Factory, Whole Wheat Low Carb Tortilla
    1.0 cup, shredded Cabbage, fresh
    3.0 tsp Hot Pepper Sauce
    0.5 cup Mushrooms, canned
    1.0 tbsp *Kraft Mayo with Olive Oil (reduced fat mayonnaise)
    1.0 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk)
    2.0 serving Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh, 1 Tomato

Directions

Sautee the mushrooms with onion, you can add any spices that you like, don't add much butter or oil it will make them more caloric a tiiiiny bit of butter that you'll wipe off will do the trick. Then, spread the mayo (mine is homemade, olive oil mayo that's low fat) And the hot pepper sauce (harissa) (you can add as much or as little as you want because it can be really spicy) on the sheet and then cabbage and mushrooms and tomatoes. Wrap your tortilla and put it on a skillet as long as you'd like to Then enjoyyy
