    1 unit, cooked (yield from 1 lb Bacon, pork, microwaved
    1 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia Cabbage, fresh


The bacon will not be crispy, but, trust me, if you like cabbage and you like bacon, you will LOVE this.


Clean and chop head of cabbage, and cut bacon in half. Cook bacon for about 2 minutes, and put the cabbage on top. Mix together and cook until cabbage is tender (about 20 minutes). Enjoy!
