Ingredients

    0.5 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia) Cabbage, fresh
    3.0 tsp Garlic
    1.0 tbsp Sofrito Sauce
    1.0 serving(s) diced tomatoes with green chilies
    4.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    4.0 cube Chicken bouillon
    1.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    85.0 gram(s) California medley (broccili, cauliflower, carrots)

Directions

Sautee oil, garlic and sofrito. Add vegetable medley and diced tomatoes. Let simmer for about 5 minutes. Add chopped cabbage, water, and bouillion cubes. Cover. Cook for 30 minutes stirring occasionally to make sure cabbage is submerged. After 30 minutes, simmer for another 10-15.
