Introduction

A great way to enjoy chicken parmesan sandwhich style. A great way to enjoy chicken parmesan sandwhich style.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 - 4oz grilled chicken breast
    1 slice Mozzarella Cheese
    1/4 c. Marinara Sauce
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan Cheese
    2 slices bread (Sara Lee Delightful)
    I can't believe it's not butter spray

Directions

Grill chicken breast prior to assembling sandwich. Spray outside of bread with butter spray, sprinkle parmesan cheese on outside of bread, set bread on skillet. Add Chicken, marinara sauce, cheese. Top with 2nd peice of bread prepared with butter spray and parmesan cheese. Grill until cheese is melted. Remove from heat, and serve.

Makes one sandwich.
