    1.0 dash Salt
    2.0 clove Garlic
    1.0 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, sweet, red, fresh
    1.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1.0 cup Lentils, cooked

Directions

Grill pepper and peel it. Drain lentils. Put all ingredients in blender. Mix and add seasons at taste. Serve with potato or bread. Serving Size:
