    1.0 tsp Oregano, ground
    0.5 tsp Pepper, black
    2.0 tbsp Basil
    1.0 tbsp Salt
    6.0 cup Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce (tomato sauce)
    0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    16.0 oz Ground beef, lean
    3.0 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce
    2.0 cup Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese
    2.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    2.0 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper
    2.0 cup Green Giant Riced Cauliflower


Saute onions and peppers in olive oil until translucent. Add hamburg, worcestershire and spices and cook until no longer pink Stir in tomato sauce and 1 c cheese and riced cauliflower (cooked as directed) Place in a greased 2 quart casserole dish Sprinkle 1 cup cheese over top Bake for 350 for 35 minutes Serving Size: 8 1 cup servings
