Introduction

Put in all ingredients in a Soup Pot. Fill the rest of pot with approximately 3 cups. Add your spices. ( Mine were curcuma, thyme, sage, basil and oregano) sometimes I also add garlic. Ingredients

    3 cup, chopped Kale
    2 cup green lentil (by HAZARDS)
    2 cup Campbell's Chicken Broth
    28 grams Crushed Tomatoes
    1.5 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
    2 carrot (7-1/2") Carrots, raw

Directions

Place on stovetop and cook on low (4) until carrots and Quinoa are cooked.
