    (Can use 1% Cottage Cheese if you prefer)
    - 1/8 tsp Ground Cinnamon
    - 1/8 tsp Vanilla Extract
    Splenda to taste (about 2 packets)

Mix together in a microwave safe bowl, cover with waxed paper, and heat in microwave till warm (about 1-2 mins.)
