Ingredients

    8 serving Egg, Kroger Large Grade A
    2 serving Jimmy Dean Hearty Turkey Sausage Crumbles (1/2 c)
    0.5 cup Kroger Mild Cheddar Finely Shredded Cheese Reduced Fat

Directions

Spray muffin tin with canola oil (not included in calculations)
Beat eggs and divide among 10 of the muffin cups
Divide the sausage among the 10
Divide the cheese among the 10
Sprinkle pepper to taste in each cup (not included in calculations)
Using a fork, mix the egg mixture in each cup
Cook for 15-20 in a 350 degree oven

Serving Size: Makes 10 egg muffins (regular size pan)
