Ingredients

    3 tbsp Coconut Secret Raw Coconut Flour (by GEORGEVW)
    2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    0.25 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream
    1 serving Lean Dream Thermogenic Protein
    1 cup Water bottle w/ filtered water
    0.5 tbsp Now Psyllium Husk Powder

Tips

Cook slowly, or they will fall apart when you go to flip them.


Directions

Beat eggs, cream and half the water. Add in dry ingredients, mix well, same consistency as pancakes - you may need to add a little more water as you go (coconut flours differ a lot).
Fry in non stick pan until golden and bubbling, flip and serve on plate. Great with Walden's no carb pancake syrup.
