Ingredients

    4 oz diced green chilis, 1can (by LYNNRJ1)
    1.5 cup Tomatoes, canned Fire-roasted Diced Tomatoes, Muir Glen Organic (by LESLIEHENRY)
    18 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    2 cup Kroger Mexican Style Blend Finely shredded reduced fat cheese (1/4cup, 30g) (by TAHANII)

Directions

whisk eggs with salt and pepper, stir in drained tomatoes and can of green chilis. When well mixed pour into 9x13 baking dish sprayed with spray oil. Top with 1 cup of cheese. Bake for 35 minutes at 375° . When set, top with the other cup of cheese and let melt. Let cool and cut into 10 pieces
