Ingredients

16 oz Beef, Grass-fed Ground Round
2 tsp Garlic powder
2 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Salt
0.5 tsp Pepper, black
2 tsp Purity Farms Organic Ghee / Clarified Butter 1 tsp/5g=1serv
Tips
If cooking on grill, can brush ghee on for added fat content. (Keto Diet)
Directions
Combine all ingredients except ghee.
Use hands to mix and form four evenly sized balls.
Use palms to flatten balls into patty shape. Indent center of each patty with thumb. (Should look kid of like a doughnut with middle only mashed halfway down instead of completely punched out. Prevents patties from becoming odd shaped as they cook)
Wash hands
Heat ghee in skillet on medium high. Once ghee shimmers, use spatula to place patties in pan making sure that they are evenly spaced as to not crowd the pan.
Cook on one side 3-4 min*, then flip and cook 3 min more. Patty should be medium done-ness.
*Adjust cook time to your desired level of done-ness/ stove cooking times
**NOTE: Grass-fed meats are suggested to eat at rare - mid-rare - medium because it is leaner than conventional grain fed beef.
