2 fillet Whitefish
1 tbsp Butter, salted
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Pepper

Directions
Mix breadcrumbs, flour, garlic powder, pepper
Mix egg and milk.
Wash fish in the egg and milk wash. Dip into the breadcrumb mixture.
Place in hot frypan with butter.
2 minutes to each side.
