    0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    2 tbsp Olive Oil
    20 oz Venison, ground
    1.5 tsp Curry powder
1 tsp Garam Masala (by BIGGIRL2082010)
    0.25 tsp Cumin seed
    0.25 tsp Turmeric, ground
0.25 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne
1 tsp Kosher Salt (by 65PLUS1)
    1.5 cup Coconut Milk (Silk)

Tips

It's good with chick peas (if you can have more carbs) - add 1 can when you add the spices

Directions

Saute onion in olive oil in a large skillet or directly in your pressure cooker (if it has that feature) until onions turn translucent.

Add ground venison and chop up with a spatula as it browns. Meat does not have to be fully cooked, just a little browned.

Dump the pan, plus all the spices, plus the coconut milk into pressure cooker. Stir. Cook for 6 minutes.
