Ingredients

    2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1.0 tsp Cumin seed
    1.0 tsp Pepper, black
    2.0 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne
    4.0 tsp Salt
    1.0 tbsp Olive Oil
    0.15 cup Cornstarch
    4.0 cup Boiled Potato (1/2 cup) No Skin no salt
    0.5 cup Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free All Purpose Baking Flour

Directions

Mash boiled potatoes. Stir in spices and flour. Add eggs until stiff dough forms. Roll out dough to approx 1/4 thick. Cut into strips. Fry in shallow olive oil until golden brown. Flip if necessary. Serving Size: 6 strips
