Ingredients

1 cup Organic Virgin Coconut Oil
    1/2 cup Organic Coconut Mana
    1 T Cacao Butter
1/4 cup Raw Cacao Powder (5 Tablespoons)
    2 T Lakanto
2 T Organic Birch Xylitol (Morning Pep)
    Optional:
I like to add a teaspoon of flavoring: orange or mint or almond, etc.
You can also add almond slivers, peanuts or coconut flakes, etc.
You can even replace the mana with a nut butter or the sweeteners with ones you prefer. You might also add collagen.

Tips

You control all the options here. Choose superior ingredients. Make a batch. Seperate by shape or flavor and store in fridge or even freezer. These will melt fast depending on thickness.

Directions

Place all the jars of butters/oils into a pans with an inch or so of water and begin heating on medium heat. Use a butter knife to stir as need. WATCH as burning is very expensive. While those are melting, put a large mixing bowl on top of a pan of water and turn to medium/low heat. I use a stainless steal one now but was using corelle.
The coconut oil will be the first to melt. Add that to the bowl. Then add the sweeteners of your choice. Then add the other oils then the dry ingredients. You can also add cinnamon if you life and or flavorings. Once everything is all melty and stirred together, taste. The flavor should be mild as it will get more intense once it solidifies. Mostly here you want the sweet aspect right. Turn off all the burners. Clean up and put away your healthy fats. Cover cook sheets, pyrex pans, plates even with parchment and sprinkle with nuts or whatever if you wish add ins... now pour the mixture. You can pour as thin or thick as your prefer.
