    2.0 tbsp Chili powder
    0.5 tsp Cumin seed
    0.25 tsp Nutmeg, ground
    0.25 large Onions, raw
    6.0 fl oz Regular Coffee, brewed from grounds
    439.0 Grams Beans, great northern
    4.0 oz Kirkwood ground turkey
    3.5 serving Happy Harvest fire roasted tomatoes
    3.5 serving Del Monte whole Kernel Corn
    3.5 serving Dakotas Pride Light Red Kidney Beans
    2.5 serving Casa Makita Diced Tomatoes with Chilis
    3.5 serving Dakota Pride Black Beans

Directions

Cook Turkey and onions in pot. Add corn undrained, tomatoes, and beans undrained, add brewed coffee (cold is fine) the longer you simmer the better. Serving Size: 1 8oz cup
