Ingredients

    2.0 carrot (7-1/2") Carrots, raw
    2.0 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw
    0.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
    20.0 oz Beef, ground, 80% lean meat / 20% fat, patty, cooked, broiled [hamburger, ground round]
    0.16 cup Tomato Paste
    0.16 cup Cornstarch
    2.0 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce
    1.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap

Directions

Saute veggies with tomato paste once slightly softened add meat. Once the meat is mostly browned add water and corn starch mixture.
