Ingredients

2 pounds strawberries, sliced
1 8 oz pckg Philadelphia Light cream cheese (31g)
1/2 tub Cool Whip whipped topping
2 pckgs nsa jell-o
1/2 cup Truvia
6 large rectangular piece or 2 square Graham Crackers, plain, honey, or cinnamon
Directions
put crackers on a 13x9" pan
For filling, in a small bowl, beat whipped topping, cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Spread over graham crackers. Refrigerate until chilled.
For topping, dissolve gelatin in boiling water in a large bowl. Stir in cold water & strawberries; chill until partially set. Carefully spoon over filling. Chill for 4-6 hours or until firm. Cut into squares; serve with whipped topping if desired.
Yield: 15 servings.
