    2 tbsp Bob's Red Mill - Organic Whole Ground Flax Seed Meal
    .5 cup Oats, Quaker
    1 tbsp Cocoa powder - Hershey's Special Dark
    .5 cup Applesauce, unsweetened
    2 oz Dannon Light & Fit Greek Vanilla Yogurt
    1 tsp Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol

Directions

Combine ingredients; bake in 350 degree oven per package directions. Pull cake and serve with light whipped cream or powdered sugar.
