Directions

Saute vegetables season with salt, pepper and herbs. Add ham pieces, heat through. Sprinkle with cheese. Pour in beaten eggs and egg whites Cook on stove top for a couple minutes Place skillet in 400 degree oven, bake till set. Approx 10 minutes. Serving Size: 4
