A nice light salad for those hot days. A nice light salad for those hot days.

Ingredients

    1 10 oz. package frozen peas, thawed
    2 celery stalks, diced
    1 c. cauliflorets
    3 green onions, chopped
    8 tbsp. fat free ranch dressing
    4 tbsp. fat free sour cream
    2 tbsp. real bacon bits
    salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Mix all ingredients, except for bacon, and chill for an hour. Toss in bacon just before serving.
