Ingredients

    12.0 oz Hormel Always Tender Boneless Pork Loin, Fresh Pork
    1.0 tbsp Coconut Oil - Nutiva Organic Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil
    2.0 tbsp Fischer's Natural Pure Raw Honey
    2.0 tsp Lime Juice - ReaLime 100% Lime Juice
    2.0 tsp McCormick Molasses Bacon Seasoning
    1.0 dash Salt
    1.0 tsp Paprika
    2.0 slices (1" dia) Ginger Root

Directions

Heat the coconut oil over medium low heat in a large skillet. Cook the pork loin to light golden brown on all sides, turning frequently. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice, McCormick seasoning, salt, paprika, and ginger. Allow skillet to cool a bit and add coconut oil to mixture, whisking it in. Put pork loin in glass baking dish, and pour honey mixture over it, turning to coat. Place baking dish in oven for 30 minutes, turning pork loin in mixture twice during baking. After removing, spoon hot honey mixture over pork before slicing.

Serving Size: Makes 12 1 oz pieces, 2 for each serving.
