Ingredients

    1.0 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
    2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    0.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    0.5 tsp Vanilla Extract

Directions

1. Mash up banana really well 2. Add beaten eggs to banana mash 3. Add cinnamon and vanilla to banana mixture, stir well 4. Heat pan to medium heat, then when pan is hot add banana mixture 5. Cook about 2 mins on each side 6. Optional: serve with honey or sugar free preserves Enjoy!!
