I discovered this recipe while looking for ways to lessen my kitchen duties during the summer. This recipe can easily be doubled or tripled, as long as you have a big pot for boiling the pasta. Store in 8*8 aluminum pans, wrapped in tin foil in your freezer. I discovered this recipe while looking for ways to lessen my kitchen duties during the summer. Ingredients

    5 serving Great Value Cheese Tortellini (1 cup)
    3 cup Simply nature tomato basil pasta sauce (by KYPATTON)
    227 grams Spinach, fresh
    1.5 cup Cheese - Kraft Mozzerella Shredded

Tips

this is great for freezing--just make sure to let it cool completely, and wrap well with tin foil before placing in your freezer.


Directions

Preheat over to 350.
spray 8*8 pan with cooking spray, then pour a small amount of pasta sauce into the pan, just enough to cover the bottom.

Cook pasta according to package directions, drain, and return to pot.
pour in half the jar of spaghetti sauce, and stir well.
next pour in the spinach and stir will trying to mix it all together.
then pour in 1/2cup of cheese and the rest of the sauce and stir until well combined.

then put your mixture into the pan, sprinkle with the remaining cup of cheese
cover with tin foil and bake for 25minutes,
remove foil and return to the overn for 5 additional minutes,

remove from oven, let rest for 5 minutes and enjoy.

****If going from freezer to table you will need 40 minutes cooking time.*****
