0.5 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper
10.0 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw
Directions
Cut bell pepper and onion in thin slices, fill with them the chicken breast.
Oil a tupper and put the chicken, top with more vegetables and put the coconut cream and milk.
Bake by 40 mins at 230°C.
