1.0 cup, diced Celery, raw
1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw
32.0 fl oz Water, tap
6.0 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean
1.0 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper
4.0 oz 90/10 Ground Beef Sirloin
24.0 oz Kichen basicsbeef stock unsalted
10.0 oz rotel diced tomatoes & green chilies
0.33 tsp chili powder
0.33 tsp Mrs dash southwest
0.5 tsp Italian seasoning
4.0 tbsp tomatoe paste
1.5 cup Brown Rice, medium grain
Directions
Cook rice on stove. In soup pot brown meet and drain. Cook peppers, onion, and celery until tender. Pur in broth and water.
Add meat back into pot and all the seasonings with tomatoe paste. Bring to a boil. Add rice and lower to simmer.
