Introduction

This can be served as shown on tortillas with sour cream or can be served over a bed of lettuce. Either way this is very filling and great source of fiber and protein. • This made a good, quick meal. My black beans were made with jalapeņos already so I skipped the salsa. Also I had tostada shells in the house so I made tostadas instead of tacos. Yummy! - 4/1/17

  • This sounded intimidating, but I was hungry and had "nothing" to eat (e.g. quick or prepared) so I decided to be brave. It was AWESOME! The tuna is muted by the beans and salsa. Ate it with chips like a dip. So good! Much better than ordering pizza. - 10/7/12

  • I love this recipe! it is quick and really easy! I didn't even have cilantro and still liked it. The chili powder and salsa negate the fishy taste of the tuna. next time I will use less chili powder though, it was a bit spicey. - 12/12/11
