Introduction

This can be served as shown on tortillas with sour cream or can be served over a bed of lettuce. Either way this is very filling and great source of fiber and protein. Ingredients

    Tuna, Canned in Water, 3 oz
    Bush's, Black Beans, 15 oz can
    Salsa 1/2 cup
    Yellow Sweet Corn 1/2 cup
    1/2 lime, squeezed and zest
    Cilantro, raw, 1 tbsp
    Chili Powder 1 tsp
    Tobasco about 10 drops or more if you like it

Directions

Drain beans and mix the remaining ingredients.
Can be served cold or warmed in the microwave for two minutes.

    I've made this several times and love it. I rinse and drain the black beans and drain the tuna. I've used both canned corn (Niblets) and frozen corn they're both good. I omitted the cilantro (to me, cilantro tastes like sweaty gym socks smell!) Simple to prepare & tasty! - 2/8/19
