Ingredients

    0.5 cup Milk, 3.25%
    8.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    2.0 cup Spinach, fresh
    2.0 serving Yellow Bell Pepper, 1 serving equals 1.8 oz or about 10 strips
    6.0 oz Blue & Gold Sausage

Directions

Heat oven to 350 Brown sausage in frying pan and cook veggies until soft. Add salt and pepper to taste. Put in prepared 9x9 pan. Mix eggs and milk together in a bowl and pour over top of veggies and sausage. Put into oven and cook for 40 minutes or until cooked through. Serving Size: 9 servings in a 9x9 pan
