4 oz Fage Total 0% Fat Free Plain Greek Yogurt
.5 cup Almond Breeze Unsweetened Almond Milk
0.5 cup Spinach, frozen
1.8 serving Japanese Matcha Powder (1.0g)
1/2 C ice
Water (usually ~1/2 C to thin out (or just add more milk)
Tips
Sub unsweetened soy milk for more protein.
Sun nonfat Greek yogurt to lower fat content.
Suitable breakfast for LCHF diet.
Directions
Add all ingredients in blender in high or smoothie setting. Sub unsweetened soy milk for more protein. Can also add 1 scoop sugarfree vegan protein powder (vanilla).
