Ingredients

    1 cup frozen mango chunks
    2 tbsp extra light olive oil
    1/4 cup lime or lemon juice
    2 tbsp sugar
    1 tbsp dried Cilantro
    Pinch of salt and pepper

Directions

Simply put all ingredients in a blender or food processor and puree until smooth.
Makes about 1 1/4 cup. Only about 24 calories per Tbsp.

    This is a great fresh tasting dressing. I didn't like it at first when I test tasted. It seamed a little bitter to me, but when I put it on the salad, it tasting amazingly great. - 9/29/09
