Ingredients

    .25 cup Granulated Sugar
    .33 cup Butter, unsalted
    1 tsp Lemon Peel
    2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream
    2 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    4 tsp Baking Powder
    .25 tsp Salt
    1 serving ISOPURE - protein powder - Zero Carb Strawberries & Cream (1/2 serving= 1scoop/31g)
    1 cup Blueberries, fresh

Tips

Preheat oven to 375 degrees/F. Use muffin cups in muffin tins.


Directions

Cream butter and sugar. Add egg, cream, lemon zest, protein powder, flour, baking powder and salt. Stir in blueberries.
