0.5 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup
1.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1.0 tsp Onion powder
1.0 tsp Garlic powder
0.5 tsp Salt
1.0 tsp Rosemary, dried
Mix dry ingredients and crust the chicken breast. I usually rinse my chicken and leave it damp.
